If you haven't heard already, Cracker Barrel has done a rebrand and updated their logo.


The amount of backlash on this is crazy and all over the internet and news talk shows. From calling it a "Woke" rebrand, to saying that they have removed the personality from the brand and even causing Cracker Barrel to lose $100 million in value.
When was they last time that you ate in a Cracker Barrel? Most of the people sharing their opinion on this probably haven't stepped foot in a Cracker Barrel in months or even years, but honestly it doesn't matter. People will always give their opinion but as a brand, you either stick to your decisions or cave-in to what you "think" will make people happy. This truly shows how important branding is and also how bad publicity can sometimes be good publicity. Whether you like the logo or not, everyone is talking about Cracker Barrel now.
